Sayed, a rising sophomore born and raised in Queens, New York, now calls New Haven, CT home. When you're around him, brace yourself for groan-worthy puns that secretly make you chuckle, followed up with "Haha, get it?" Whether it is absorbing vitamin D on a rooftop or taking an abandoned raft for a spin on Lake Lag, Sayed enjoys seizing sunny days and embarking on spontaneous adventures in his free time. He is pursuing a Computer Science degree focusing on Artificial Intelligence. He works as a research assistant at the Space Rendezvous Lab, where he contributes to computer vision techniques for asteroid imaging. Sayed is also an active member of both the Stanford Mars Robotics Team and the Stanford Muslim Student Union.
