Jessie Kaull

Hometown: Tiburon, CA

Major: Human Biology (BA), Sustainability Science and Practice (MA)

Three things I love to do: Going to Alice's Restaurant all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast, taking selfies with any dog I see, watching the sunset at Lake Lag

I could talk all day about... the art of taking selfies with dogs, the wonders of the ocean and marine animals, why bananas are an underrated fruit, the most stunning trail runs in the Bay Area.

I would love to connect with folks who work in fields related to or share an interest in... Ocean-tech, climate-tech, marine conservation, sustainability entrepreneurship & early stage environmental sustainability companies

More about Jessie:
6 years at Stanford? Heck yes! Jessie finished majoring in Human Biology in 2021 and is now getting her Masters in Sustainability Science and Practice after spending a covid-gap year working for The Farmlink Project, assisting with research through Stanford's Center for Ocean Solutions, and road tripping with friends throughout the PNW and Rocky Mountain states. She just returned from spending a quarter living on a 134-foot tall ship sailing through the Pacific Ocean as part of the Stanford at Sea program – track her down at the Ski Dock to ask her all about he experience crewing a vessel at sea and hear about her favorite marine life she saw! She can't wait to continue starting and finishing her days on the water and sharing the lake's magic with guests!
