Annie Reller
Hometown: Bellevue, WA
Major: American Studies (probably?) with Creative Writing Minor
Three things I love to do: Frolic on Wilbur field, frolic at the dish, frolic to look at MemChu lit up at night
I could talk all day about... why red vines are not licorice, call me by your name (the book), Seattle Summers, farmers markets!
I would love to connect with folks who work in fields related to or share an interest in... Journalism! Writing/publishing! Social Entrepreneurship!
More about Annie: Annie is a sophomore from a village in Bellevue, Washington, where she grew up as the town water-meter-reader. She loves talking about, and looking at photos of, and growing, and cooking, and eating, any type of food (except arugula). She will talk your ear off about her pre-covid (important distinction) gap year, women’s issues, and self-service dog washes. At school, she is currently working towards an American Studies major with a Creative Writing minor, but is also interested in Journalism, French, and Political Science. She is involved with Stanford Women in Business (SWIB), Matriculate (helping low-income high-achieving students apply to college), and The Farmlink Project. Annie is beyond excited to spend the summer with amazing people under an amazing sky in an amazing place!
