More about Teddy: At this point in his life, Teddy's still pretty certain we're all just characters in the dream of a sleeping giant. Feel free to try and convince him otherwise, but be warned that years of existential wonder and angst have primed him with some scarily convincing arguments. Born in Santa Monica, California, he grew up playing sports, communing with nature, and visiting the museums of Downtown LA. After high school, he took a gap year, first working at a meditation retreat, then acting as caretaker for a botanical garden in Hawaii, then running the SF marathon. As he heads into his Sophomore year, Teddy is trying to actively not know what he wants to major in, because he finds everything interesting and doesn't want to limit his curiosity for no good reason. He's hoping Stanford will forget about him so he can go through all of college without worrying about requirements and just taking interesting classes.
