Katie Savage

Hometown: Riverside, CA

Major: Earth Systems and Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity

Three things I love to do at Stanford outside of class: hogging the practice rooms to sing on end, swinging in my hammock, aaaannndddd look for banana slugs!

I could talk all day about: my dogs, High School Musical (especially the third movie), my love for pickles, and any discussion about food.

I would love to connect with guests who work in fields related to: Sustainability, ecology, abolition, the arts, and soil!!

Biosketch: Katie just finished her sophomore year and is from Riverside, California. She had the best time on ski dock last summer and is so stoked to be the Ski Dock Head this year!! She is super passionate about environmental sustainability and representation within the arts. At home, Katie loves to sing and act like a reality TV star while in the kitchen with her sister. She also loves to throw midnight dance parties with her roommate. Katie is currently trying to broaden her musical talents, please let her know if you can teach her guitar. Throughout her time at Stanford, she has participated in multiple theatrical productions. Katie is pumped to meet everyone and welcome you all to camp!!
