Biosketch: Ben is a Sophomore from Portland, Oregon, where he was born and raised. He loves long runs, avocados, and puzzles. He loves to play chess, and enjoys the struggles of improvement! He loves to backpack, camp, kayak, and generally spend time outdoors. He reads the newspaper every morning. Accompanied by his two sisters, he likes traveling and learning how to rock climb. On campus, he is involved with the outdoor department and is a Wilderness First Responder! He is working as a Guppies counselor at camp this year, and loves spending time with children. Ben tries to be a valued community member everywhere he goes, whether it's his synagogue, soccer team, or freshman dorm. He is so excited to work at camp this summer!
