Henry Lai

Hometown: Mountain View, CA

Major: Earth Systems

Three things I love to do at Stanford outside of class: Roller skate to absurdly loud music, get involved in all sorts of games (puzzle, board, children's), and cook with friends and family

I could talk all day about: The incredible opportunities I've had to do field science at Stanford!

I would love to connect with guests who work in fields related to: Climate policy, international climate cooperation efforts, climate-oriented advisory organizations, coordinating between sectors and levels of government on climate efforts!

Biosketch: After a year away from camp, Henry is finally back! He is so excited to return to camp, working outside and spending time with all the amazing staph and guests that make camp special. After his first summer, Henry has made the most of his Stanford career, traveling multiple times for Bing Overseas Programs like Australia and Patagonia and other experiences! Now a senior, his passion for climate and environmental science has only grown since then, so he's super excited to be the naturalist this summer! He'd love to chat about living in Columbae, skating around campus, THE GAME (for those who know what it is), outdoor sports, science fiction, and cooking! This spring, he'll be at Stanford@SEA, so it'll a quick turnaround for camp, but he is SO READY to start the summer!
